Everybody has desire to have happiness in life. When you are happy all body part will work healthy. The best thing we can make is to appreciate everything happen to us and use it as your tool to be successful in life.

they are always saying, “health is wealth”, and I agree I will give you some
tips to make yourself happy and healthy.
Smile
is the best exercise that can make you happy and inspire you the whole day.
When you see somebody smiling at you especially in the morning with fresh
greetings, it seems the whole day completely happy and good.
When
we wake up in the morning, we have to be thankful for another chance to be
happy and to make everybody happy.
Be
optimistic and strong. Look at the brighter side of your life even though you
lost job and you have no money at all. Think about hopes, life is full of
surprises that fit to you and you become more happy and successful.
Make
yourself happy. Think the way you want to think. Do the way you want to do. Do
anything what you want to have.
Make
yourself busy at all time. Clean the house, do laundry, cook, gardening, and
many things to do. They are many things that can make you happy in a healthy
way.
Read
inspirational books. I tell you it will help you a lot to refresh your mind and
create something that you can make yourself happy and even others when you
share it to them.
There
are many reasons to make you happy and healthy but most important, feel how
happy you are when you do something great to somebody. Giving happiness leads
to achievement of success in life.
Take
life easy and be good to everybody, “it says when you plant good seeds you will
harvest good fruits.”
